The HRFA’s annual ‘Catch & Release’ and ‘Catch, Tag & then Release’ Striper Derby returns to the Hudson River. The boundaries for the derby range from the Verrazano Bridge north, all the way up to the dam
in Troy, NY and all the tributaries in between. Major tributaries include the East River, the Hackensack River, the Passaic River, Newark Bay and the Meadowlands.
