LOCATION: Rondout Creek, 41°

54’ 49” -73° 59’ 15”. The marina

is located on the south shore of Rondout

Creek, 1.4 miles west of the Rondout Creek

marker.

INFO: Minimum water on approach 10’ with

10’ at the dock. Pump-out, store, ice, restau-

rant/snack bar. Visa and Master Card accept-

Join Pier 701 every Friday and Saturday evening, as we host Rockland County’s

most happening bands. Summer is just beginning , make 2015 the most memorable

of your life! Join us on our beach or at our Tiki Bar, while fireworks on the Fourth of

July can be seen from various locations to the east, north and south on the magnif-

icant Hudson River. Reservations for holiday events a must at Pier 701 Restaurant

and Bar. Owner Denis Whitton has secured additional parking in adajcent parking

lots for your convienence. By boat you must follow the markers from the main chan-

nel next to Piermont Pier, into Pier 701 Restauant and Bar. Deep draft vessels may

have a problem and it is not reccomended. Chef Denis Whitton is an outstanding

chef who really enjoys what he does. Try his Prince Edward Island Mussels, or his

Jack Daniels Boneless BBQ Short Rib, finish it off with a wonderful dessart of Pecan

Bread Pudding.
