The Ossining Boathouse Restaurant has the easiest access of anyone on

the Hudson River.

Adjacent to the Shattemuc Yacht Club which has a large wave attenuator

face for easy parallel docking.

The Hudson Water Club

Adjacent to the huge parking lot, on the Hudson River at the Haverstraw Marina.

This is a completely rebuilt restaurant with the largest deck of any restaurant on

the Hudson River and includes a fully stocked Tiki bar. There is docking directly in

front of the restaurant. There are three specific menus to meet anyone’s require-

ments. A lunch menu, bar menu and a dinner menu. The dinner menu consists of

meat and seafood dishes. Hours of operation are seven days 11:30 am to closing.

Union Restaurant and Bar Latino

Located at 22-24 New Main St. Haverstraw, NY 10927. This is a beautiful restored

Latino style restaurant owned by Paulo Feteira, the maitre d’dhotel and David

Martinez, head chef. Having come from Peter Kelly’s Xavier’s Restaurant and

Freelance Café of Piermont, the two have a combined twenty years in the restau-

rant business. The fine American style cui- sine has a Latino flare in a unique cu-

linary atmosphere. The entrees are light, leaving room for a wide verity of la Carte

options from appetizers to desserts. Your visit will be something to remember first

by the atmosphere, (if you’ve ever seen a movie with a Cuban style restaurant in it

here it is) secondly by the food such as Tilapia al Sarten, a panko encrusted fillet

served with spinach and white beans ragout or the Vaca frita Braised skirt steak.

Whether going out for an afternoons boating plea- sure or coming from the river

the Union Restaurant will round out your day perfectly.

Avenue, the marina is found 0.2 mile north of the Piermont Pier. Cornetta’s fea-

tures fresh seafood, steaks, and Italian special- ties. The restaurant also offers

an outdoor riverside patio dining under a large white tent at their “Cornetta’s

Cafe.” During their season, April through November, the res- taurant is open daily

for lunch and dinner. There is a very limited amount of dock space available for

restaurant patrons. Reservations are requested for their dock. There are no fees

for docking when dining. ATM on site.

1”. The marina is locat- ed on the north shore

of Rondout creek 2.8 miles west of the Rond-

out Creek marker and opposite the west end

of the Gumear Island. INFO: Minimum water

on approach is 15’ with 12’ at the dock. Ice,

Esopus Creek 0.5 miles in from Hudson River.

Entrance to Esopus Creek is 0.2 miles north of

green buoy #91.
