Boaters can now dock at the village of Dobbs Ferry and enjoy the local restaurants and vil- lage center. This all started last year when Jerry Silverman, the President of The Hudson River Boat & Yacht Club Association, approached the Mayor Vincent Rossillo with a request to add boat docks at the waterfront park.
